Selina Douglas
Selina joined Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust in April 2024. Prior to this, she was executive director of partnerships for Northeast London Foundation Trust with responsibility for the development of the transformation, strategic operations and partnership agenda for the Trust.
Prior to this, Selina was managing director for Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest Integrated Care Partnership and led the transformation programme for the three clinical commissioning groups to develop a new board structure and operating model. Selina worked in adult social care in several posts, with her last role being director of Commissioning and Enterprise Tri-borough as well as lead director for Adult Social Care for Hammersmith and Fulham. Previous roles include managing director for Turning Point, a social enterprise specialising in substance misuse, learning disability and mental health.
Professionally Selina is passionate about community and mental health services. Away from work Selina is a busy Mum to four children and a proud grandparent of one.
