
Steve Salee
Steve Salee is the CEO of Wildfire Strategies, an organisational change firm with a vision of creating healthy workplace cultures that catch on like wildfire. Wildfire helps high-stakes leaders and teams in healthcare (and other fields) achieve their goals for patients, communities, and their organisations in four essential ways: clear roadblocks of conflict and change resistance; create alignment of leadership and strategy; build skills to lead and team; and expand capacity to achieve results.
Steve is a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Mentor Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has earned MSW and MPA degrees from Columbia University and a BA from Brown University. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a Fellow with the Institute of Coaching, and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Columbia University School of Social Work. He loves to row, swim, and sing whenever he can.
