Sue Symington

She became Chair of York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (now York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) in 2015. 

In 2022, Sue became the chair of the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), a role she holds alongside Chair of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP).

Her career has spanned the public, private and voluntary sectors, and the hallmark of her leadership has been her focus on patients and staff.
