Assistant Director, North West and Yorkshire

Victoria joined the NHS Confederation in 2021 after working as head of engagement at the Vale of York CCG for four years. She led on clinical, patient and stakeholder engagement for the local system and deepened relationships across the health, care and voluntary sector. Prior to her time in York, she held senior engagement and community development roles for the London Ambulance Service.​

Victoria is our regional engagement lead for North East and Yorkshire, supporting and connecting members across the patch. She also leads on our provider collaboration work, supporting collaboration in all forms whether at place, system or cross-system level. ​

The forum provides a space for collaborative leaders to come together, offers peer networking opportunities and listens to members to influence policy and practice, and support the development of policy to enable collaboration to flourish​
