Victoria Komolafe
Victoria is the Professional Digital Advisor (Midwife) at the Royal College of Midwives. She is an enthusiastic and vibrant digital leader, dedicated to providing and promoting inclusive healthcare by leveraging modern technologies. With over 13 years of midwifery experience, she leaped into the world of information technology in 2016 and has never looked back. Victoria has led on various NHS healthcare IT projects prior to joining the RCM. Including the implementation and optimisation of Trust wide Electronic Patient Record Systems (EPR’s).
Victoria is passionate about digital transformation and change management. Her work at the RCM seeks to identify, raise awareness, support and promote the changing digital needs of student midwives, midwives, maternity support workers, the maternity workforce on a national level. Victoria is a fellow of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics, Shuri Network and has recently completed a MSc in Business and Management from Kent Business School.
