Highlights from our work in 2022/23, our accounts, and a look ahead to 2023/24.
The trustees, who are directors of the charitable company, are pleased to present their annual report, with the consolidated financial statements of the charity and its subsidiary trading company for the financial year ended 31 March 2023.
The financial statements presented have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the organisation's constitution (including its Memorandum and Articles of Association) and the charities Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102).
