This session with Professor Dame Donna Kinnair, was aimed to help strengthen your leadership skills. Drawing on Dame Donna's extensive experience in the NHS, this interactive session will covered the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed as a leader to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. It focused on ensuring all staff are well-led and supported, fostering sustainable improvement leading to better health and care outcomes.
