Leadership is a critical element in organisational performance and in high performing systems.
We believe that local health and care leaders need to be empowered and enabled to deliver care in the most effective ways for their local communities.
We also believe that authentic health and care leadership, based on expertise and experience from multiple and diverse perspectives, is essential and more work needs to be done to achieve diverse leadership in the NHS.
We support leaders to develop and hone their leadership skills, equipping leaders with tools, ideas and insights and connecting them with a community of leaders.
