In this two-hour online workshop session for Primary Care Network members, we will focus on PCN level relationships and how to develop capability in identifying, managing and resolving conflict.

The session will cover conflict theory, examples of conflicts in PCN contexts, and provide a safe space for sharing personal conflict experiences. Additionally, we will offer an overview of personal conflict styles, essential skills for de-escalating conflicts, and managing difficult conversations.

Drawing on the specialist expertise of Oscar Matthew and Louise Wheeler, and the insights of Professor Aruna Garcea as the chair, our workshop aims to leave you with new insights and tools, for handling pressure and conflict effectively.

No pre-work is necessary. Members are being accepted onto the workshop on a first come, first served basis — please book early to avoid disappointment.

The session will be recorded for sharing within the app and will take place on Microsoft Teams.
