Speakers

Many of our network members have told us that they need more support with the development of their leadership skills. In response, we are hosting a virtual masterclass on Tuesday 2 July, 2.30 - 4.30pm, with Professor Dame Donna Kinnair DBE that is tailored to the needs of our network members.

Drawing on Professor Dame Donna Kinnair’s extensive experience, this interactive session will encompass the leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver safe, high-quality care; ensuring all staff are well led and supported to foster sustainable improvement which leads to better health and care outcomes.

The session will:

  • highlight what it takes to be a successful leader
  • support you to identify your existing skills and personal qualities, showing you how to build on them to advance your career
  • boost your confidence
  • improve your leadership effectiveness in current and future roles.

The class will be delivered in a highly supportive and psychologically safe space.

Previous attendees have found this masterclass highly valuable.
