Speakers

This masterclass is being repeated in February to provide an opportunity for delegates who were unable to attend the November session.

Drawing on Professor Dame Donna Kinnair’s extensive experience, this interactive session will cover the leadership skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to deliver safe, high-quality care. It will focus on ensuring all staff are well-led and supported, fostering sustainable improvement that leads to better health and care outcomes.

The session will:

  • highlight what it takes to be a successful leader
  • help you to identify your existing skills and personal qualities, and show you how to build on them to advance your career
  • boost your confidence through developing your leadership skills
  • improve your leadership effectiveness in current and future roles.

The class is CPD accredited and will be delivered in a highly supportive and psychologically safe space.

Feedback from a previous session

"It was really empowering with realist and true context and examples used. She has an eloquent delivery style, very approachable and transparent.  I really enjoyed it and look forward to really embracing some of her techniques. The session was well planned and gave everyone the opportunity to speak and have an open discussion."
