Leadership masterclass: Inclusive empowerment and agency
Speakers

This free to attend session, delivered in a highly supportive and psychologically safe space, has been designed to help you strengthen and develop your inclusive leadership skills. It takes place online at 9:00-11:00am on 25 March.
Drawing on Dr Paul Taylor-Pitt's extensive experience in the NHS, this interactive masterclass will outline the knowledge, skills and behaviours proven to work for empowered leaders with the ability to drive change.
This session will equip you with the skills and confidence to challenge inequities and advocate for inclusive policies and practices. You will be encouraged to be your authentic self and draw upon your existing leadership skills to amplify the voices of marginalised colleagues. You will leave with actionable tools to champion positive transformation within your organisation, leading to better health and care outcomes.
The session will:
- help you to identify your existing skills and personal qualities, and teach you how to build on them to advance your career as a successful leader
- boost your confidence through developing your leadership skills with a specific focus on driving positive change and transformation
- improve your leadership effectiveness in current and future roles by challenging inequities and advocate for inclusive policies and practices.

Feedback from a previous masterclass attendee:
"It was really empowering with realist and true context and examples used. The session was well planned and gave everyone the opportunity to speak and have an open discussion."
