In this masterclass, Rippon Ubhi, UK and Ireland country lead and general manager, specialty care at Sanofi, will share the challenges and insights from her career to date, drawing on her personal experiences to resonate with others navigating similar journeys within the NHS. 

Julie A. Jenson will facilitate a 'Fireside Chat' with Rippon with an opportunity for Q&A. There will be paired listening and group discussion work.

The session will help to: 

  • enhance leadership skills through lessons learned from personal experiences.  
  • create a safe space where challenging issues can be discussed within a confidential and supportive environment.  
  • offer an opportunity to connect with others across our three leadership networks.

Who should attend 

This session is exclusively for members of the NHS Confederation’s leadership networks which include the BME Leadership Network, Health and Care Women Leaders Network and Health and Care LGBTQ+ Leaders Network. 

Cost 

The cost has been heavily subsidised for network members at £70 per person plus VAT.
