Making integrated care 'work': Empowering operational excellence and improving patient outcomes
Speakers
Governing the health and care system in England, our recent report written by Professor Sir Chris Ham, looked at creating the conditions for success for ICSs. We were delighted to present a follow up webinar, delivered in partnership with Palantir.
As ICSs become statutory bodies, two of their key ambitions - delivering operational excellence and improving patient outcomes across their population - will require new ways of working. With increasing collaboration between public health teams, clinicians, and community organisations alike, successful integrated care partnerships must implement data strategies that can make these outcomes a reality.
In this session, we examined data and information governance strategies ICSs can adopt to deliver joined-up care, tackle issues of equality and access, and improve planning and performance.
The event was delivered in partnership with Palantir.
