This webinar, in collaboration with the Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (HACT) and the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE) sought to raise awareness within ICS, ambulance and community services about the work that housing associations and social housing providers do for their residents and how their resources can support the wider health and care system.
The webinar shared examples of good practice of partnership working and examined the opportunities of system working to deliver improved health outcomes and a reduction in health inequalities.
