Some of the greatest challenges raised in partnership and interface working across healthcare are communication, relationships and culture.

This webinar explored the importance and power of relationships, joined up working and collaboration in healthcare and also why it can be challenging, as well as how these challenges may be overcome. It examined some of the behaviours and approaches needed to work together and help you reflect on your individual, team, and organisational approaches.

Listen, learn and reflect on working across the interface between primary and secondary care. This forms part of our interface improvement collaborative, which is supporting teams to work together across boundaries to address common local problems.
