Verity Tether

Verity joined the NHS Confederation in April 2024, working in the Strategic Policy team as the Lead Policy and Data Analyst. In this role, she leads the organisation’s data function, working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our output is evidence-based. 

Prior her time at the NHS Confederation, Verity worked in the charity sector where she led a range of health-focused research projects. She has a PhD from the University of Leeds in Geographical Crime Science and an MSc in Geographical Information Systems.
