Now available on GooglePlay and the Apple AppStore, as well as on your desktop, our NHS Confederation app connects primary care providers from across disciplines and provides opportunities to collaborate, have peer-to-peer support, receive regular updates, latest information, comprehensive briefings, resources and more. The app provides unlimited access for multiple PCN and primary care Federation accounts.
The app is:
- An invitation-only safe space to connect to peers for advice, support, best practice across our membership. Share your thoughts or your queries and crowdsource your solutions.
- A place to easily find and access exclusive member-only content such as briefings, best practice case studies, thought leadership and event invites.
