The Welsh NHS Confederation welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Welsh Government consultation on proposed changes to the Putting Things Right process.

Putting Things Right (PTR) is the process through which concerns and complaints about NHS Wales are investigated. PTR arrangements are governed by the National Health Service (Concerns, Complaints and Redress Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2011 (“the PTR regulations”).

Welsh Government is seeking opinions from stakeholders across Wales on their proposed changes to the PTR process.
