Dr Layla McCay and Daniel Reynolds, the NHS Confed’s Directors of Policy and Communications respectively, will provide a comprehensive overview of key aspects of Labour’s reform agenda, including the three big shifts and the upcoming ten-year plan, as well as sharing the Confed’s insights on the Government’s current challenges and opportunities.
