What we offer

Equipping members with the tools and knowledge for tackling inequalities in the NHS, across both both workforce and service delivery.

We provide our members with the essential resources and support needed to effectively tackle inequalities in access to, experiences of and outcomes from NHS services, be that as a member of our 1.5 million-strong workforce or as one of the 1.6 million people that are in contact with NHS services daily.

We provide leaders with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary for driving meaningful change, leading to improved care for all.
